The restaurant is recently remodeled and beautiful. We operated a restaurant called Zen Blenderz for approx. 5 months. All equipment, furniture and supplies were purchased in June 2011 brand new, and it is one of the best-equipped restaurant in Johnson County. The location is excellent, and the building contains a drive-thru window that is fully-operational. We operated a vegan restaurant at the location from June 30 until December 12. The restaurant was completely vegan and yet popular enough that we generally filled the restaurant over lunch hours. The reputation of the restaurant was very good. It had a 100% Urbanspoon rating. We invested far more than our asking price in the building, land, remodeling and equipment (approximately $500,000). We are anxious to sell and would welcome an opportunity to sell or lease to someone with a good business plan and restaurant management experience.
